	Chinese Pottery Vessel		1860s	A vase shaped bottle with a dark brown glaze. The item has been damaged revealing the colour of the light brown clay it is made from. The following information is from a note that was donated with the item. Pottery Jar from Murphys Flat Chinese camp near Macraes. These were imported from China usually with Tiger Whiskey, a Chinese rice whiskey.
	Apothecary Jar	York Glass Co.	1860s	A large decorative glass apothecary jar for display in a chemist shop. Painted brown with polychrome and gold decoration and a gold lid. Labelled as Peruv. Bark. Decorated with a crown. The jar has the painted motto "honi pense qui mal y soit" Peruvian Bark was a historical name for a remedy used to treat all forms of malaria. Originally displayed in Lanes Chemist Tees Street, Oamaru.

Labelled "Magnesia" with decorated gold leaves. Above this is the Royal Coat of Arms with the lion and the unicorn. Originally displayed in Lanes Chemist Tees Street, Oamaru.
	Weather Vane		1870s	Large weather vane in the shape of a barrel with a large arrow through it. The arrow is in the form of a mash paddle. Was originally atop the North Otago Brewery.
	Pewter Coffee Pot		1870s	Pewter coffee pot. Embossed with a floral design. Engraved "PRESENTED TO MRS JAMES PATERSON BY THE BOARDERS IN ALBION HOUSE, AS A TOKEN OF RESPECT."
	Tea Set		1889	This china tea set was a wedding gift to Mr and Mrs Malcolm in 1889 from Mr Mowatt of Mowatt and Anderson, Flour Millers, Harbour Street. A - Tray with two attached handles with a border of pink and gold. B - Teapot lid with pink and gold border. Small steam hole. C - Teapot with pink and gold border. 4 holes go into the spout. D - Sugar bowl lid with pink and gold border. E - Sugar bowl lid with pink and gold border. Two crockery handles. F - Milk jug and handle with pink and gold border. Wide spout. G - Saucer with pink and gold border. H - Cup and handle with pink and gold border. I - Saucer with pink and gold border. J - Cup and handle with pink and gold border. K - Saucer with pink and gold border. L - Cup and handle with pink and gold border. M - Saucer with pink and gold border. N - Cup and handle with pink and gold border.
