Object detail

Box of dominoes with wooden base with or bone/ivory top. Dots made by indenting the top and painting it black. 28 dominoes. Made by Alex Frame coming out from home on sailing ship in 1874. Alexander was born in Hamilton, Scotland in 1855 (per Scottish census 1861) and migrated to NZ in 1874. a; Base of box for dominoes. b; Lid of dominoes. c; Dominoes.
