Description
Wooden box with leather carrying handle, metal bracket at each end to hold lid closed. Small circular hole in centre of lid. Contains five cardboard lantern plate boxes in which the glass slides were stored, four of the boxes are labelled with the locations of the photographs. Slides that were stored in this box [2019/192.1.1 - 2019/192.1.60] have been scanned, individually wrapped and stored in another box.
