I'm pretty sure this is Graves Saddlery. The building is designed to be two-storeyed but I think financial constraints stopped this. Built early in 1922 for Alex Henderson as an undertakers; the first building in this group of shops between the Library and the alley way by BNZ. By June 1922 W.G. Grave had purchased the building and moved in as a Sailmaker/Saddler.
