Description
Otematata, midwinter 1936. The last stage of 13 mile job. Post office line staff Left to right: Jack Bond,M Patterson, Frank Shepard, Cecil Davey. In the background is a [hotel] building with a vehicle parked in front of it. (Partly obscured by the linesmen). There is a group of trees at the right of the picture.
