Description
"Mr D H Thomson's Oamaru Concert Party", 1916 - 1917.
Caption reads: "During 1916 and 1917 this party visited every township in North Otago, and raised L800 for the Red Cross and other patriotic funds. The distance travelled totalled 1500 miles, which was accomplished without any expense against the various funds for which the concerts were given".
