Young children with a baby, second group of children in background by water. View of Hassell's Windmill tower from Oamaru Public Gardens. Built for James Hassell in 1867. Stone tower stood 65 feet high. Revolving metal cap 10 feet above it. Tower demolished in 1909. Lake. Clothing.
