Description
Oamaru from the Windmill. Hassell's Mill (and mill house) near the corner of Rother and Lune Streets. Built for James Hassell in 1867. Stone tower stood 65 feet high with revolving cap 10 feet above it. Demolished in 1909. Severn Street.
