Photograph of Oamaru stone being loaded at One Tree Farm, Totara, some time between 1885 and 1905. Mr Ben Perry of the Empire Hotel owned the farm, but a company, to which he belonged, owned the stone, according to Mrs T Perry. The Oamaru Mail: "Tracing North Otago's heritage" (undated).
