Tees Street view facing north. Coffee Palace and Private Hotel on right, Royal Hotel (second building on right) and St James' Hall (third building on left). Council chambers in background on the corner of Thames and Itchen Streets, with the Chief Post Office prior to addition of clock tower further along Thames Street.
